Most practices take 5 to 10 minutes. The same screen shows the below-threshold check and the rule for ending the session.
Week 1 is free, needs no account, and keeps your notes on your phone. A paid plan opens weeks 2 to 8 and ongoing practice. Threshold gives education and a structured practice plan. It is not a substitute for a veterinarian or a certified behavior professional, it tells you when to see one, and it cannot promise that a dog's reactions will change.
