Write to support@scrollingisevil.com. Include your phone model, the app version (shown in Settings), and what you tapped before the problem. There is no account and no ticket system.
Using the slate
Tap a field to edit it. CLAP flashes the screen, plays the beep if Beep on clap is on, and logs the take. Changing the scene sets take back to 1. Undo is offered right after a clap.
The shot log
Log lists every take on this phone. Tap a take to edit its scene, take, roll or note, and use the delete button on its row to remove it. Share CSV sends the whole log through the share sheet. Share PDF needs Pro.
Starting a new day
With Pro, Wrap day on the Log tab files the day’s takes as Day 1, Day 2 and so on and starts an empty log. Scene, take and roll stay where they are. Wrapped days, also on the Log tab, lists each day, and each day’s menu shares it as CSV or PDF or deletes it.
Settings → Reset scene, take, and roll sets all three back to 1 and keeps the log. Settings → Clear shot log deletes every take in the current log and cannot be undone, so share a copy first. Wrapped days are left alone.
Take Slate Pro
Pro adds the PDF shot log and Wrap day. It is a one-time purchase, $9.99 in the US, and the store shows the price in your currency before you pay. Buy it from Settings → Take Slate Pro, or tap Share PDF or Wrap day on the Log tab.
Without Pro you keep the slate, every take with edit, delete and undo, and the CSV. Days you already wrapped stay readable and share as CSV with or without Pro.
Restore and refunds
On a new phone or after reinstalling, sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account, open Settings → Take Slate Pro and tap Restore purchase.
Pro is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your Google Play order history. If Pro is refunded, PDF and Wrap day turn off, and your takes and wrapped days stay on the phone.
