Subscription

The app is free to start. Sessions beyond the free ones need a subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through the App Store or Google Play and renewing until you cancel. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before it renews: for Apple, at least 24 hours before the period ends; for Google Play, before the next period starts. We cannot cancel or refund a store purchase: ask Apple or Google.

Bought on another phone or reinstalled? Open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchase.

Your data

Everything is stored on your phone only, so a new phone starts empty unless your phone backup restores it. More, then Export a copy, saves your data as text. More, then Erase everything, deletes it.

When to stop

Stop and contact your prescriber or emergency services for the signs listed under More, then When to stop. The app is not medical advice, and it never advises on medication or dose.

Reporting a problem

Wrong exercise instructions, a session that will not load or a purchase that did not unlock: write to us and we reply as soon as we can.
