Personal data and information we collect
We do not receive your health, session or protein data. The only information that leaves the app is what our purchase processor RevenueCat and the store receive when the app starts and when you buy or restore: an anonymous app user id, platform, app version, phone model, operating system version, language, store country, the request IP address and, on iPhone, the device identifier for vendors. The table under "What leaves your phone" lists it.
What stays on your phone
Your setup answers (training history, equipment, units, the dose day you note, minutes and days a week), check-ins, sessions, sets, protein entries and settings stay on your phone. There is no account, no sign-in and no server of ours. We never receive this data.
Your phone's own backup (iCloud Backup or Google backup) may include the app's data, like any app's. Uninstalling the app removes it from the phone.
What leaves your phone

The app has no advertising, activity analytics, attribution or crash-reporting software; the purchase data above is the only thing sent. It does not read or write Apple Health or Health Connect.
Your control
More, then Export a copy, gives you all of your data as text. More, then Erase everything, removes it from this phone at once. It does not erase phone backups, purchase records held by RevenueCat or the store, or files you already sent elsewhere, and it does not restart your free week.
Health information
Keep Your Muscle plans exercise sessions and keeps a protein log. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It does not give medical advice and never advises on medication or dose. Questions about your medicine, side effects or diet go to your prescriber, pharmacist or dietitian.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
