Write to support@scrollingisevil.com. Include your phone model, the app version (shown in About), whether the output is wired or Bluetooth, and a screenshot of the card if you can. There is no account and no ticket system.
Taking a measurement
Play the test signal through the speaker under test and hold the phone at the alignment point. Chirp measures delay. The 1 kHz burst checks polarity only.
Positive against the reference means that speaker arrives later. Add ms is the delay to dial into that channel so every speaker lands with the latest one. Raw ms includes the phone’s own latency, so only the differences between rows mean anything.
Bluetooth adds delay you cannot see. Use a wired output.
Weak or silent captures
Turn the speaker up, move closer, or cut the room noise, then measure again. If the microphone is blocked, turn it on for Delay Card in the phone’s Settings. Simulators and emulators have no speaker-to-mic path, so live capture comes back silent there; Demo capture walks through the app with a known delay.
With a headset, adapter or USB audio device plugged in, Delay Card records from the phone’s built-in microphone.
Getting a copy off the phone
Open a card and tap Share PDF or Share CSV. Cards are not synced anywhere, so share a copy before you delete the app.

Free keeps one saved card at a time, with every measurement and PDF and CSV. Delay Card Pro keeps a card for every room you tune. It is a one-time purchase, $6.99 in the US, and the store shows the price in your currency before you pay. Buy it from About → Delay Card Pro, or tap New card on the home screen while a card is saved.
Cards you already saved stay open, editable and exportable with or without Pro.
Restore and refunds
On a new phone or after reinstalling, sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account, open About → Delay Card Pro and tap Restore purchase.
Pro is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your Google Play order history.
