Write to support@scrollingisevil.com. Include your phone model, the app version, and what you expected your pet to do. There is no account and no ticket system.
Screen minutes look wrong
On Android, check that Usage access is on for Awayling in the phone’s Settings. A new daily goal applies from today, and past days keep theirs.
Focus session ended early
Locking the phone keeps a session going. Opening another app ends it without credit. On iPhone, Awayling can only tell that the phone locked if the phone has a passcode.
Widget
The home-screen widget is on Android. Settings → Add the widget to your home screen shows how. The widget shows today’s number and how your pet is doing, and updates about every 30 minutes. The iPhone app has no widget yet.
Awayling Keeper
Keeper is a one-time purchase. Restore purchase is in Settings. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play order history.
