Terms of use

These terms cover Duty Fit, made by Scrolling Is Evil LLC. By using the app you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

Scores and training

Duty Fit scores fitness test results from published official tables and builds general training plans. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense or any military service, and your official score is the one your test administrator records. Plans are general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before you start a training program, and stop any session that hurts or feels wrong.

Subscriptions

The full plan needs a subscription, monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm, and the subscription renews at the same price until you cancel. Cancel in your store subscription settings at least a day before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Apple's standard license agreement applies to iOS purchases: Apple Standard EULA.

Your data

Your data stays on your phone as described in the privacy policy.

Use of the app

The app is licensed to you for personal use. You use it at your own risk and are responsible for training within your limits. To the extent the law allows, Scrolling Is Evil LLC is not liable for injury or loss from use of the app.
