The clap button closes the top stick for 120 milliseconds. With Flash on, the board turns white for those 120 milliseconds. With Beep on, the browser plays a 1,000 Hz sine wave for 70 milliseconds through the Web Audio API, starting from the tap. A camera pointed at the screen can use the flash as a picture mark and the beep as a sound mark. If the device asks for less motion, Flash starts off. Next take adds one when the take is a whole number. Fill the screen hides this text. Scene, take, and roll stay in this browser only.
The phone app that keeps a shot log you can export is Take Slate. It is not on the App Store or Google Play yet.
