Fix Back Pain — common questions
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings → Restore purchases, and make sure you’re signed
in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy Pro. Pro is a one-time purchase, so
there’s nothing to re-subscribe to.
What equipment do I need?
The program is built around a back extension bench (also called a hyperextension
bench), found in most gyms. Compact home versions are widely available. The in-app guide has an
“equipment ideas” section if you don’t have one yet.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Your workout and pain logs are stored on your device. You can remove them in
Settings → Reset all data, or by uninstalling the app. For questions about
purchase records held by RevenueCat or the app stores, email us and we’ll help.
